First Offense: driving a Honda Crosstour
Second Offense: waiting till the last second to change 3 (4?) lanes
Third Offense: driving a Honda Crosstour (almost as bad as driving a Pontiac Aztek
)
Fourth Offense: Crossing solid hash lines
Really though, I'd be surprised if he was issued a ticket for that if a cop saw it happen, since he did it without making anyone else slow down or swerve.

You are correct on all accounts! Except the reason he wouldn't get a ticket is because this is SC; police are too busy dealing with auto accidents. It's a bit of a catch 22; people wouldn't drive like mad if they thought they would be given a ticket, but police don't have time to give tickets because there are non stop accidents.
