Dash cam interference with sensors?

Hi all

I have just had a mechanic hardwire a front-facing dashcam on my VW Golf 8. The dashcam is on the passenger side so I thought no issues.

However, a couple of times a few of the sensors have stopped working.

Has anyone had this issue before? Are there any settings I can make to the DashCam to avoid this issue?

Which fuses did he use on the fuse panel and which brand and model of dashcam?

Which sensors are affected? Some vehicles have sensors on the back (forward facing) side of the rear-view mirror. Mounting the camera in front of those will certainly have an effect.
