FYI, the older Registratorviewer app doesn't support the new NT96663 chipset being used. The developer passed away unfortunately so that app cannot be updated or improved.

The official playback software for the SGGCX2PRO and SG9663DC is Street Guardian Dashcam Viewer. (available in the support section of our website)
