DDPAI Z60 Pro Complete inability to turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules.

Immediately after unboxing and initial setup, both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections functioned correctly. Starting from the following day, neither Wi-Fi nor Bluetooth can be enabled on the dashcam. The device is invisible to the dedicated mobile app as well as multiple tested smartphones.


Troubleshooting steps taken (unsuccessful):

• Performing a factory reset,
• Booting the device without a microSD card and with a reinserted card,
• Changing system language settings,
• Toggling the Wi-Fi power-saving mode on and off.
• frimware ver 9.1.4.6

Maybe i should try to update it manualy from sd card?

We recommend updating your device to the latest firmware.

Please follow the steps below to update the firmware using a card reader

1. Power off the device, remove the TF card, and insert it into the USB port of your computer using a card reader.

2. Copy the extracted "Update" folder to the root directory of the TF card.

3. Insert the TF card into the dashcam, power it on, and the device will automatically update. The upgrade will be complete after the device restarts.
