Hi I am new to dash cams. I did my research and decided to get the mini 0803 Ambarella A7
LAOD car dash camera DVR. I ordered it from Fox Offer
-Version -with GPS logger built in 16G Memory
-and a transcend Class 10 32Gb card
I ordered it on June 07 2014 and it arrived on July 10 2014. It did not work out of box, there was no display blue light on would not reset.
It was painful getting it replace. The replacement cam arrived on Sept 24 2010, it is not the same one I returned and it is well used and worn it had black tape over the speaker icon on the display.
The version is 20140511 V1.0.
Is this a good ver should I upgrade this cam ?
I do not think I will ever order from Fox Offer again the return postage is the problem, Canada Post wants $70.00 to ship it with a tracking # . I shipped it back air no sig or track for $ 10.00
Also how do I tell if this is an up-to-date unit. Feel like I got some one else's used unit, not a nice feeling FoxOffer has all the cards in their favor.
