defects of image sensor?

I use my viofo 119 not often at night but i found some bugs/defects of image sensor. Please look at the picture enclosed
Is it possible to fix this issue?

Interesting, do you also have the same effect during the day? I ask because it almost looks like a reflection on the windshield from a light source inside the vehicle.

In that case I doubt that it's the sensor. Next time you're out at night turn all the vehicle lights off and see if it's still there. That will help in determining if it's a reflection and where it might be coming from.

If it's light from inside the vehicle reflecting off the window I don't think so. I think you should take some time and try to determine where it's coming from and try to block it at the source.

that is a reflection from your center console from interior dash display light, easily verified by covering the center area from top of dash to bottom storage bin with a dark shirt/jacket/cloth. my chrome stick shift does that when street light reach it as I drive by.
