Differences between 16GB and 32GB versions?

This is probably a very simple question, which is why I can't find an answer using search. I see that DR500/550 is sold as 16GB version and 32GB version. What is the difference between the two?

The first thing comes to mind is that it is the size of SD card included with the camera. But the price difference between the versions at many sellers reaches $40-$60, while the price difference between 16GB SD card and 32GB SD card is usually around $10.

So, where does this $40-$60 price difference come from? Is there somethig else that differentiates DR500/550 16GB from DR500/550 32GB? Internal memory size?

I dont believe that there is any difference other than the supplied sdcard (16 or 32 gb). This is why I brought the 16gb version of the DR550GW which I'm now using with a 64Gb card, which works fine if you format the card on a PC with 32k cluster size before putting it in the camera
