DR01 Question

Hi Everyone - Just got my DR01 dashcam a couple weeks ago. I really am enjoying it. Question though, it starts up immediately when I turn on the car. However, I like to sit in my car and relax during lunch hour and then it starts filming when the car is on 'acc'. Is there any setting or something that will only start the dashcam when I begin driving? Thank you.

The camera gets power, it starts recording. That's how all dash cams work.
So its on you for it to get power when you want it to start record. You could easily wire in a manual switch, but then you run the risk of forgetting to turn it on.

Personally, Id let it run. Who cares if you have unneeded footage at the beginning of each drive?
