DR770X Box SIM Card Problem

So I installed the new DR770X Box in my SUV. Worked good at first and then it got disconnected from the cloud and won't reconnect. Per BlackVue (and BlackBoxMyCar) recommendation, I deleted the camera from the app and re-entered it. But, when it came to connecting the SIM card, I got a message that the card is already registered to another account. Still waiting for BlackVue to respond. Has anyone else had this happen and how was it resolved? Thanks!
 
Can you reformat the card? just a thought.

According to BlackVue, this is what happens when the data limit gor the month is reached. And an upgrade doesn't take place until a month after it's made!
