Dual camera easy to be moved?

Hi. I have a friend and he is a driver instructor. He wants to buy a dual channel camera for his car but he is changing the car regularly and cannot have a fixed dash cam. One with a suction cup will be preferable and very small.
Also he doesn't have the ability to spend a lot of time installing it.

Is anything like that around?

I will have a look. Also is the problem being a driver instructor has a lot of mirrors and it is not possible to see the back window.
