Disclosure: Eken sent me a copy of this camera for review.
What I Like:
- Build quality feels solid
- Buttons have a nice click to them
- Good color rendition in most scenes
- Decent still image quality with good color and details
- Includes an extra battery and charger
- Includes a 2.4ghz remote
- Dual screens work well to preview settings in daylight
- 2K and 4K resolution are filmed with JPG codec and are jittery and jarring (basically unusable)
- 1080p resolution is blotchy and over-sharpened
- Menus are cluttered and requires way too many clicks to navigate
- No settings for white balance, sharpness
- Battery is non-standard
- Camera does not have enough memory to buffer long videos on slower cards (results in occasional dropped frames)
- No gyro stabilisation
- No charging indicator when the camera is plugged in
