error viewing videos

I have a 322GW dashcam, I have had it a number of years, at least 8, I have just had it hard wired into a new car, an MG ZS,
SD card formatted using nextbase dashcam
since installing about half of my videos show a fault, see picture, rest of videos are fine,
also dashcam switches on at startup then the display disapears,
I can add a video file but it shows my number plate, not worried about that but not sure if others may object or if it is advised
do I need a new dashcam or is there something in the settings I have missed?

It could be the SD card failing. Have you tried a different card?

thank you DT MI, card about 6 months old but will give another a try, shouldn't affect the do+isplay

You mention it's a new card.
What is the speed of the card and was it purchased from a trust worthy seller?

counterfeit card?

When fitted to the new car is there a chance it was incorrectly installed?

You won't be able to add a video to this website only photos and gif files.

Showing your number plate depends on your personal preference. I would suggest not to.

thank you LateralNW, card purchased from Argos so should be legit and has worked since 1st purchased, cam hardwired by Halfords picture shows stil from video, so it can record,, also list of files taken from SD card , videos shown but others are the faulty clips hence the original warning, faulty files end with RH, good files end with FH, convinced it must be the SD card so going out to Halfords to buy nextbase sd card and hope that works, still no idea on why no display oncameraaftera few seconds of coming on

hi all, today I bought a Nextbase U3 64gb sd card, took old one out which was a 128gb nextbase card so I will see if it was a faulty card or whether the dashcam itself needs replacing

update, new sd card working fine, display on so apparently failed 128 GB nextbase sd card, many thank for your help and advice, much appreciated
