Extract GPS data from the recorded file(s)

Is there an option to extract the GPS data as a separate file (GPX formate)?

for most cameras the GPS file is already a separate file, not hidden

It seems to be a wonderful SW.

But I would like to know what types of files the GPS based, DOD camera record on the SD card.
I guess MOV files are not coded with the gps data inside.

So the files should be MOV & .... (GPX???).

can someone check it out?
