Flickering matrix signs

I am getting flickering on the matrix signs like the ones at the garages and road signs, I know its a frequency issue but does anyone know how to stop it?

the 50/60Hz settings will cut the flicker seen from incandescent lights when set to match whatever the power supply is in your country, if the lights that give you flicker are neon or in particular LED you're still going to see flicker though

I have it on 60 Hz I will try 50 Hz and see if the flickering is less with that setting.
