Hi! I’m currently having an issue with my Citroen Berlingo 2012, where due to the design of the fuse box and also the fuse taps, they won’t fit.
The fuse connections have a plastic portion right in the middle (see pics) and even if that wasn’t there, it still wouldn’t fit due to the taps hitting the other fuses on the sides.

I’m so far loving my A229 Plus, and I really wanted to test the parking features… 😢
I guess that if not able to hardwire this way, I’d have to wait for the OBD hw kit.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Fuse taps are fairly generic and they make lots of different versions to fit different size vehicle fuses. If you don't have the ones you need, you can also order different sized ones to fit your vehicle. Here's some of the typical fuse types:

That cross-member in the fuse position is more for support than anything else, I believe. Just the way the fuse box is made. I think those are Mini-blade fuses, if so, you will need to order fuse taps for that fuse type.

@AngryDragonX

These fuse taps with an extension lead might be what you're looking for.
It does require mucking about a little as you need to join the wires to the hwk with soldering or wire connectors shown below.

*"you need to know is that they are disposable. If it burns out, then it is not possible to change the fuse separately because... it is melted into the body."
