Gitup Git 2 -only orange logo screen "Gitup".

Hello, I have a problem with Gitup Git 2. When shows only orange logo screen "Gitup" and so is frozen. It does not help to install the firmware . Please help.

how about with no memory card inside, will it boot up then?

it's the same. Same is to take out the battery and plug in the power.

The camera earlier work properly.

I did not do anything with the software prior to the occurrence of this problem.

you could try reloading the firmware, the bootloader starts befre the camera does (sort of like your computer BIOS) so even the camera won't start now you may still be able to reload the firmware

Good luck, maybe best to install the bootloader and firmware, that fixes most Git2 that have a problem, although it is unusual for them to stop working without any reason.

I was doing firmware upgrades. Does not help.

Does it make any beep sound with or without external battery? Any of led lamps the flashing? Try to remove the battery lock, and with your finger press it little harder to the Contacs, and Try start it. My git had same issue but with beep sounds and it were running in auto start mode (car mode) so it totaly locked down with this issue, i fixed it with some papper between the battery and the hatch/lock. Good luck!

Put some paper between the hatch and the battery.. So the battery is more fixed in position..

Normally this may caused the by the sensor board connection, it require to open the camera to check the connection.
