Greetings and Salutations - Issues with Redtiger F7NT

I recently purchased a Redtiger F7NT (Touch) and have just two issues I haven't been able to solve. The unit is hardwired.

First up, is there a trigger phrase you need to say in order to do voice commands? I've been talking, yelling, etc. at this bloody thing all week and it's ignoring anything and everything I say. Yes, I verified that the voice command option is activated in the menu.

And second, starting yesterday, the dashcam has been randomly taking photographs as I drive. Is this related to the sensor sensitivity (currently set to medium)?

I purchased this particular model for the voice command ability, and that's the function that isn't working!


And on an unrelated note, is there a way to "stitch" the files together in the Redtiger video editor into one continuous video recording?

1. Voice Commands: The Redtiger F7NT does require a specific trigger phrase to activate the voice command feature. You'll need to check the user manual or settings menu to find the exact phrase that will wake up the voice control.
   
2. Random Photo Capture: The random photo taking you're seeing is likely related to the dashcam's sensitivity settings, not the voice commands. The dashcam may be overly sensitive to motion or vibrations, causing it to snap photos unexpectedly. I'd suggest adjusting the sensitivity setting to a lower level and see if that resolves the issue. Turning off the voice control feature could also help, in case the camera is mistakenly picking up audio cues.
3. Video Editing: Unfortunately, the Redtiger video editor does not currently have a "stitching" feature to combine multiple video files into a single continuous recording. This is a common request we've received, and I'll be sure to pass it along to the Redtiger development team. Hopefully they'll add that functionality in a future update.
