GS1000 my langauge is no longer in English

Somehow the language on my GS1000 has gone from English to some Asian language.
I've pressed the rest button but still showing up in Chinese os an Asian county language.

The manual that came with this car cam is no help at all.

Is there a manual I can download to see what to set the GS1000 back to English please ?

there's many versions of these cams, not all are the same, language is very often the first option in the settings menu which is often the second menu screen, often there's some sort of icon on the menu header tab to denote settings

For some reason every time when you press reset or select default values language goes back to default, and this is usually russia or china.
However, it is very easy to find right place from menu with any language, there is a small cartoon text bubble icon on the right spot.

Managed to get it back to English. The English setting was on the second menu screen.
