Guy in rental car hits me 2 days after installing cam

There are 2 lanes turning left there

This is what other people as well as myself call failing a dual turn lane. I have a mall near me that has this and I have almost been hit by someone doing the same thing. I had to end up on the hard shoulder to avoid them.

Have it checked anyway to make sure nothing was bent or broken.

That R&L turn lane in #7 did freak me out, we dont have that kind of lanes here.
But i cant see any problems with it if ppl keep to the lanes and maintain just a little situational awareness while turning.

I think if we had 3 lanes like that here 2 of then would be lets say R turn lanes, and then there would only be 1 L turn lane, but thet lane would then get a arrow and a longer perion of green light.

I assume ! it is not easy to figure out what the hell go on in the head of ppl who design these things here
