I have just recently received a G1WH camera from GearBest:
it is using firmware G1WH-DA380-2014.11.28.03.
Presumably, if the numbers refer to dates, then I think the firmware in my camera maybe slightly newer (28/Nov/2014 Rel. 3 as opposed to yours being 13/Aug/2014 Rel. 11). And that's if the firmware in the G1W-C camera is the same as in the G1WH camera.
But maybe these numbers mean something different!

I think it would be really good if someone could discover who the manufacturers are and for users of these G1WH and G1WC cameras to be able to download the latest firmware!

There are multiple manufacturers of these same looking products, it's not so straightforward unfortunately
