Hard wiring Viofo A139 dash cam. 2015 CRV.

I thought I had successfully completed this install. I connected the Battery cable to the driver's seat power reclining fuse (17) for constant 12V power and the ACC cable to windshield wiper fuse (23) for switched 12V power. When I turn the car off, the camera shuts down altogether. No parking mode. Otherwise, it works like a champ. Why won't the power seat reclining fuse allow power to the camera when the car is off?
 
Did you test the power seat fuse for power when the car is off? If so, did you test it with the drivers door shut?

Did you turn on parking mode in the settings?
 
Double check you have the red wire going to the battery and yellow to accessory. If you camera is shutting down, then the red wire isn't getting power when the car is off or parking mode is turned off. Maybe try different fuses.
