Has anyone used DOD LS430W firmware on the Nextbase 402G?

I've just picked up a Nextbase 402G to see how it compares to my GT680, and as it's basically the same camera I just wondered if anyone had tried the firmware on the Nextbase?

Both files use the same firmware name - FWA8S711.bin (as do quite a few of the 300 series) and have the same Tiotech header in the firmware, although the Nextbase firmware is almost 500KB larger.

I just wanted to check if there was any encryption or anything that would cause problems here.

Gave it a quick go - the firmwares are named the same so tried the LS430W firmware and it appeared to program but then didn't reboot. A quick press of the reset key brought the camera back with the Nextbase firmware.

I've flashed to the latest Nextbase firmware (R03 - 18/3/1024) and that is now installed on the camera.
