i recently bought the camera from e bay, but find i am unable to turn off the icons from the screen, it's annoying when filming to keep seeing them. is there any way i can turn them off. i have looked through both menus but can't find anything to turn em off. hoping someone on here can help.
 
firmware dependent, if there's no setting to turn off the OSD then you're stuck with it, I'd suggest asking the reseller if there's any alternate firmware version available
