While doing a little astronomy (That's Jupiter right there in the middle) I found that my cam suffers from some "hot pixels"

This is the average image of that movie (boosted a bit by 1.6 gamma) and I see stationary white pixels (while Jupiter is moving)

Small effect and not that bad, but enough to share here.

I just private messaged you the sensor re-calibration instructions.

Feel free to run this as many times as you want. (Try warmed up hot and or cold) The Sony Sensor is being pushed running at maximum sensitivity so it's pretty tough to get every single pixel 100% perfect without losing night performance. (but you shouldn't have any fully bright ones)

I have sent a PM with video instructions how to calibrate cmos sensor.

for example, dvr is almost twice as expensive

I recalibrated, but have to wait for tomorromorning to test.

I can see some hotpixels too, it's like little blinking stars. I can live with it but if there is some recalibration process, I would try it. Can you send it to me too? Thanks. :)

Ok. No problem.

Didn't help. Some pixels have a very high noise level. Sometimes up to 45% of the range.
