How to stop dashcam battery from sliding underneath carseat

Hi all, first post here.

I recently got installed a BLACKVUE DR900X-2CH 4K with BlackVue B-124X ultra battery pack which is wired underneath the driver seat to the battery.

I thought all was dandy until you step on it and the battery keeps sliding out underneath the seat to the back-passenger seat. It turns out the velcro tape that came with the Blackvue hardly sticks to the carpet at all, after ringing around, a few people suggested making your own contraption to try and keep it in place with zip ties and 3M tape, but surely there had to be a better solution? Just wondering what did you suggest buying to try and resolve this, are there some sort of specialised floormats for underneath seats battery installations?

seriously then take it back and tell them to do it properly, it shouldn't be sliding around, it's a safety hazard
