Old tech doesn't stand a chance against new tech. To add further pain, my best MPG is 12.6......his is over 30!

That must be a Down Under expression, eh?

He gets the looks also however....his 2nd vette is a 396ci, 65 convertible!...which, since that year the only Big Block had 425 HP, it would also beat my 390HP...BUT, & it's a big BUT...mine has factory A/C...which is quite rare w/ the 427 engine.

In fact, he didn't drive that one on that day because it was hot & he didn't want to sweat.

That's one clean engine install...looks like a tight fit.
