Image not clear, quite grainy

Good day everyone,
I have my DR650GW-2CH since April, but never really got around to export a video (has nothing interesting happened).
Today something funny happened and I looked at the video... to my disappointment!
The image is really not clear and quite grainy.

Here it is

(sorry for the sound quality as well, my music was quite loud so I had to tune it down)

Is it faulty ?
All the videos I see online you can easily read licence plates. On my video, you can barely see clear edges on anything.

I am using a 64GB ADATA Class10

The default setting for the cameras is 'high' not 'highest', so you may need to check and make sure you have selected the highest quality setting.

Also, lighting conditions can make a big difference to the picture and sunny conditions will usually yield the best picture.

While we have tested nearly every card brand here, ADATA is not one of them and I doubt it would be completely compatible in the system.
