Initiation keeps repeating

The welcoming initiation when I start the car keeps repeating endlessly. It also refuses to update anymore and when I try to reformat the disk, it breaks off the wifi connection.
Very disappointed that it is only a year old and failed at the beginning of a long trip.

I would try a format of the memory card in a PC to see if it's successful, i'm wondering if the memory card has failed .

What is the brand name and size of your memory card and how often do you drive your car? Chances is that your SD card needs to be replaced.

I use the Thinkware SD 128GB card. I have reformatted it, but the problem persists.
I will try using the smaller card that came in the box. Car is driven almost daily, both urban and long-distances.
