Then why doesn't Chrome object. It usually does on expired certificates.

Just tried Chrome and get exactly the same thing at, www.nextbase.co.uk (NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID) just checking for firmware updates.

I can't get .co.uk to work, keeps being redirected to:

https://www.nextbase.com/en-gb/

So maybe .co.uk is a spoof ?

Yes, it's .com now. Changed domain extention to be more in line with the global front page. Probably why the original security cert was left to expire. Sheer fluke I chose the 7th to check the page.

No problem, Tiffany. I was more surprised than worried. When the domain extention became apparent it all made sense, obviously a short gap between one cert expiring and the other going live.
