Just purchased using app with shield with galaxy s9 when setting up wifi says waiting on interent connection to improve the phone screen is orange starts out wifi 20% goes to 70% and then says cannot connect and then it screws interent up on my phone any suggextions

Did you hit the button on the dashcam first, to enable the pairing/registration mode?

Yes my blackboxstore told me that Samsung galaxy s9 phone may not work correctly that it only a convenience my tablet he says the iroad x9 wi fi is only good about 15-20 ft
