not a resource like Alibaba, there are trade publications that list this kind of stuff, just an industry thing, not the kind of thing that is accessible to the public really

They all look the same as the external plastics are the same, there are multiple versions of the internals though

That's a interesting housing design. It's not clear if the lens, its barrel support, its firmware, and whatever else are really any good, though, even it turns out the chipset and sensor are legit.
