I ended up breaking my Itronics ITB-100HD power cable and want to find a replacement. I don't care if it comes from Itronics or a generic brand, but I'm not sure what the Itronics connector is called. I imagine that the connector is standard and not proprietary to Itronics. Does anyone know what it's called so I can find it on eBay?

i have no idea, but what is exactly broken?
can't you attach the plug to a new wire somewhere?

The plug itself broke. The plastic inner cylinder came out and when I tried putting it back in, it bent metal part inside.

You might try the RadioShack adaptaplug system.

You get a plug-in to your vehicle power supply:

Then you customize the plug with a tip that fits your Itronics device:

You will need an "H" tip, oriented so that the tip is positive. The "H" tip is 1.3 mm ID and 3.4 mm OD.

I've fiddled around A LOT with my Itronics device!

EDIT:
Hmmm, actually, this would be cheaper and easier...

The webpage implies that it is a BlackVue power cable, but says it is for Itronics.

I'm actually using an old Itronics power cable for my new BlackVue device. They are interchangable.

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for!

Not bad! With shipping to the states it comes out to $20.56, plus I'm assuming a 2-3 week wait for shipping from China.

What do you think of

OR

? They both say 1.3mm.

Also, an unrelated question: I see that it says you have both the Itronics ITB-100HD and BlackVue DR500GW-HD. What are your thoughts about the DR500GW-HD as I've been considering upgrading to it? Thanks!

I think either would work, and I would feel comfortable with ordering either one. Note, of course, that one of them has a coiled cable that would not be good for hiding under the headliner.

I'm still evaluating the BlackVue, and I'll probably post in a few days what I think. The default video does not seem as good as the Itronics, so I'm changing the BlackVue settings and comparing the resulting video to the same roadtrip recorded on the Itronics. I REALLY like the quick-disconnect mount of the BlackVue, however. More later, most likely...

I got the Uniden cable for my ITB-100HD, but it needs som modding. The pin is too short, so the plastics must be cut off by 2-3 mm with a sharp knife
