Itronics ITB-200L ... 2014 "NEW" 720p. .... WHY ?!!!

Itronics ITB-100HD was one of my favourite dashcams nearly 2y ago and from form-factor point of view still one of the Top choices ( sad they still haven't raised a bit-rate ).

However .... WHY in 2014 "they" decided to come out with "NEW" model ITB-200L which has only 720p ?
This is mystery to me.

Price is 137usd.

the car companies do this with their "entry level luxury" the idea is to get you into the brand in hopes you will be loyal customer.
remember dashcam's is a growing market.

possibly because, without a "new" model, they think their image of keeping up with other new releases will be dented. Or something like that

and by using the word "black" in its name I'd say they might be thinking of riding on the names of other DVR's with the word black in their names

if you mean Blackvue I don't really think they'd be wanting to emulate them, they're not that popular in Korea
