It's a balloon... :D
Hot air balloon landed on the road safely... blocked one lane on the other side.
It was coming down so will block all traffic when it does...
 
A better place to set it down compared to high voltage transmission lines, allso it will be hard for drivers to claim " no officer i did not see the balloon"

I wouldent mind a trip in one of those, must be cool just drifting along with no sound, or atleast not when the burners are not in use ;)
 
I watched the entire video, hoping you turned around drove past the hot air balloon, but nope!
