Red lights have been around since before basically every driver today was even born. Yet people still don't know how to obey them either.

People just DGAF anymore. Which is why we have dashcams.

In places like the USA, drivers screw up because they're not confident about what to do, due to the lack of experience with roundabouts. In Europe, they screw up because they're over-confident. There's no middle term.
In this particular case, it's neither one or the other: it's a Mercedes driver. :rolleyes::D
