Lane change; Cut off; Almost Stopping on a green

Frustrating 
I am also voicing my dislike in my latest upload with the guy in front of me braking on approach to a green light, though it did change to yellow when i got near and so had to brake hard, but the guy in front of me got well over the intersection under crystal clear green light.
watching my video you can also see the light for pedestrians are linked to the car lights, in the old good days the pedestrian light would change to red 3-5 seconds before the lights for cars changed from green to yellow - red.
And so in the good old days you stood a much better chance of doing the right thing at a intersection about to change, actually looking at light for pedestrians was one of the first things my driving instructor told me.
