Live View failed <Solved>

With PC Viewer live view works fine, but in the App live view only works after "Connect to Camera" is selected. Trying live view when "Connect to Cloud" is selected results in the bottom half of the screen showing the correct location on the map but the top half (where the view should be) is blank. A dialog box shows "loading" but after 20-30 seconds the screen reverts to the previous & "Live View failed" is displayed.

I've tried with app versions 3.33, 3.34 & the faulty 3.35. All produce the same failure.

Camera firmware is up to date.

Looking at reviews on Google Play Store it's clear BlackVue have a long way to go to produce an app that actually works as intended. Worse still they appear not to care!
 
<*SOLVED*>

It's an issue with the latest firmware. Reverting to v.1.007 restored Live View as it should be.

It's a shame Blackvue leave testing of their products to paying customers!
