LK-7900 CPL filter thread which size?

Now I am the proud owner of a LK-7900 ACE, even if I had to pay 40 euros customs duties in addition to Germany.


Question: The filter thread is 37mm, LUKAS, it is better to take a larger CPL filter with adapter? What diameter would you recommend?
I put on my Canon EOS 350 57mm CPL filter from B + W, which is the too big for LUKAS?

You can use a step up ring. I did this using a 52mm B&W which is a far better filter than the one Lukas sells.

You can also purchase a low profile polarizer which should prevent vignetting...

This one is nice also, as it only has a reduction of 1 f stop, which is good for maintaining brightness. I have one on order now from Ebay, should be here next week.

I will do that, will probably be at least another week before it gets here, as I think its coming from Poland ... I could have bought one here locally in Canada , but it was about 40 dollars more here than the one I found on Ebay .
So once I get it and install it, will let you know how it works out.
