I have had a generic 1080p cam for a while and it's been good, however I think it is time to upgrade as the battery is dying and sd cards also seem to die in it, or at least my latest one goes into read only mode. I was looking at the mini 805/806 which have great video or the Kdlinks x1 with higher operation temp and supposedly great customer service. It needs to be able to last in a hot car and good video quality. Rear cam probably not necessary but could be useful. Suggestions welcome :)

there's nothing high temp capable about the Kdlinks, is that something they're advertising?

Operating range was up to 77 degrees c apparently and mini up to 65. The one I have did ok in the high temps and wasn't rated anything special so I guess these others should be ok?
