I'm having problems with the Loop settings, I have tried 1,3 and 5 mins but only the first 5 or 6 segments actually record for that time, the rest are 20-23 seconds long, anyone else getting this? Presume Firmware update needed.

Not seen that, I would guess it is a memory card issue rather than the firmware? Maybe format the card in the camera, or try a different card to confirm or rule out a memory card issue...

What card is it?
 
Samsung evo plus 64gb. Formatted it a few times and used it in other dashcams with no problem. Have you checked your file sizes?
