The story in Spanish can be read here.
Basically the family saw a lorry do a dangerous overtake. The father of the family asked his wife to overtake the lorry to see what company name was on the tractor unit. Then things went wild and the lorry was ramming the car.
The bikes and rack were damaged.
The Guardia Civil (police) have opened an investigation and charged the truck driver with committing a "crime against road safety" his day in court is due soon..

A shame they don't share the full video. Editing can tell any story you want.

You cannot start filming before the incident as they do not know it is going to happen. The full story is in the newspaper.

It does seem a little suspicious, I would ignore the speed limits to get out of the way and off that road if that HGV was that close to me!

We will never know without dashcam footage though, and even if the HGV driver was provoked, his driving was still unacceptable, definitely driving too close, probably an intentional impact, and clearly a dangerous overtake. We need his dashcam footage to show if any blame should also go the other way.

No idea about Spain, but in the U.S. that is aggressive driving by the lorry and in this case, the video shows the lorry was aggressive. Almost regardless of what the car in front did, he is not at fault unless, he was break-checking the lorry and the lorry could not stop in time. In that case, the driver doing the break-checking is the aggressive driver. Even then, that does not give the tailing driver the authority to intentionally ram the vehicle in front of him or her. In the U.S. this lorry drive would likely lose his CDL, pay a hefty fine, and have to complete a driving school, plus then re-apply for his CDL.
