    Hi all -

Does anyone know how to procure the MAC address (that the camera uses to connect to the cloud)? We have municipal wifi but they need the MAC address to allow the camera to connect.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Plug it into your home router and the router should tell you it's MAC address. I am assuming you can't find it under settings in the camera.

Basically use something else to tell you it's address.

I've never used that dashcam, but does it have an ad-hoc or ap mode to allow your phone to connect to it? If so, then a wifi scanning app like wifi analyzer would be able to display the camera's Mac.

Alternatively if your phone has a hotspot mode, you could let the camera connect and find it that way.

It does but it is a different mac than the cloud mac.

I was able to get the info from building management, thanks for all the replies.
