Micro SD cards thread

I purchased a Black Box G1W-C Capacitor Model from S mart Gizmos and a Transcend 32GB MicroSDHC Class10 UHS-1 Memory Card from Amazon.com LLC. It worked fine for 2 months then I got "Memory Error". Could not access format menu on the camera so I tried to format it on my Windows 10 PC. Widows 10 will not complete a FAT32 format (It failed when I tried), but will complete an exFAT format. I can save and retrieve files on my computer but it does not work on the camera. Does the format need to be FAT32 or will exFAT work? Any idea how to format the card in FAT32 since my computer will not do the job. Any ideas???

UPDATE I just ran H2testw and here are the results (exFAT formatted)

The camera only works with cards fomatted in FAT32. If W10 no longer uses FAT32 formatting( ) you have to use an external tool or software to do it. I can indicate you one called GUI Format but I'm sure there are others.
