MicroSD video on my Android Smartphone

Hello everybody ! I would like to know if microSD card video of any dashcam could be viewed on Android smartphone via card reader (OTG) ( for Note 3 is possible ) . What apk. is needed for mov. files for example ? Could be viewed a 64 GB microsd ? Thank you in advance

I use OTG Disk Explorer Pro on my Nexus 5 with a Meenova OTG MicroSD reader.

The .mov files can play using the built in software, no need for extra software. There should be no limit on SD card size as long as your dash cam supports that size.

Thank you for your answer, @biohead . I was concerned about such a big capacity (64 Gb ) won't be able to be played on my smartphone,although a capable one ( Samsung Note 3 ) might be able to do it.So can I watch the dashcam recording on my phone just like a movie ? I would need this feature because of the larger display and for the ,,on-the-go,, file management .
