Anyone got any ideas?

Put card back in cam and get "Low Card Speed"
Format card in camera and start recording again OK, will run it again until card is full and see what happens next.

Blinking Blue/Red means it's recording and charging the small battery at the same time. Once the battery is fully charged it will blink a steady Blue/Blue. (means recording, battery full)

You should use a Class 4 or Class 6 Card.

The instructions say to avoid Class 10 cards, and many have shown Class 10 cards to act up.

If you are on a Class 4 or 6 Card already, you could try a new Firmware.

An update on the above.

When I first received this cam it seemed completely stable, the problems started after I first removed the SD card (32GB Class 10 SanDisk), the card was removed in order to check and copy the files onto computer. When the card was put back into the cam it gave “Low card speed” error. Reformat card in cam and no further problems until I took the card out again. This complete cycle of events was replicated 3 times using class 10 card and a class 4 SanDisk card until the above the above bizarre happening where all the files were hidden from view and not recoverable by the file USBCOU-I

Again reformat in cam and after a couple of days the card was removed again and when reinserted we were back to “Low card speed” error again. This time instead of reformatting I just restarted the cam using the OK button each time the error showed and after the 4th time the error did not reoccur and has not occurred again since.

I have not removed the card since and have taken the cam off its mount and connected to the computer with USB lead to copy and check files. 3 days later and all is still stable.
The cam is overwriting the old files OK and leaving the locked files.

I don’t see any logic in any of the above but wondered if someone else can.

The cam is GPS model without internal memory. Now using the class 4 card but have a class 6 Samsung 32GB on order.
