Mini 0807 have super-capacitor ,but still not ok for OBD charging for parking guard function . mini0805 can not . Mini0901 also can use super -capacitor ,but now we are still working on OBD power for parking guard function ,so no time to do for mini0901 with capacitor yet .

Thanks for your reply. I am more interested in super-capacitor rather than parking guard function, because I haven't seen many dashcams with this function work well. And even if they do work well, they require additional car battery protector module to be installed.

The mount as pictured doesn't match the rendering that showed one USB port parallel to the camera and not two separate ports like the current mounts. Unless the factory just stuck the new camera in the old mount for the pictures.

The rendering used an 0805 mount, this is an 0806 mount, I think.

The mount looks rather squat and beefy compared to the most recent version of the 0806 mount which is slimmer and wider than the 0805, although it's a little hard to tell from the images presented.

Hi, To anyone who can help. I had the 0806 but car got broken into 2 weeks ago... now thats gone! I'm after another dashcam. Can anyone recommended me one or should i stick to the 0806 which was really good, amazing quality. 0826 over the 0806? or seems like few people mentioned 0801/0805 above.

Since you are the manufacturer, can you tell me, how many others make Mini series camera? If you check on amazon.com, there are at least 3 different brands of mini that I could find. For e.g.

I purchased one of these about a month ago and have had it installed for about three weeks. It's my first dashcam but so far I'm pleased. The polarizing filter eliminated almost all of the dashboard glare. I didn't buy a GPS base. Unit has worked fine although there have been no hot days to see if it still can overheat as some of its previous incarnations did.

It's installed on a 2016 Subaru Outback with EyeSight. Power is pulled directly from the cigarette lighter. I am not using any of the advanced features like LDWS or FCMD.

I got mymini 0806 from JooVuu (he's a member on here), I’m pleased with the service and after sale customer service too, my screen mount was faulty, and got it replaced hassle free, you pay a few quid more buying it in the UK, but if anything goes wrong you’re not posting it back to China (if you’re lucky that is)

I bought 0826 recently. After using for 3 days, the camera no longer works. Only red light is on when it is charged. I pressed the power button for long time, still don't work. Can you guys please tell me what happened? Thanks

try resetting to default and make sure your sd card is formatted. I've had a few probs with my 0826 and the format seems to help.

I had a similar issue with mine. I read on some forum that you hold the ON button for a long time (10-20 seconds ???) to do a reset.

My 0826 got cooked in the Australian sun. One hot day in the sun deformed the case. This caused the lens go out of alignment and out of focus. When I read the specs, it did say it was only rated to 40C temperature.

Although it did have good video quality day and night up to that point.

Thanks for your tips. I did try for minimum of 2 minutes. Now I am returning the camera since it does not work.
