Mobius C lens faulty module

hi, I have a Mobius lens C module which seems to be dead. Whatever pcb I connect it to will not power up beyond the initial blue LED flash and 3 flashes of the rear red LED. after that, nothing. Dead camera. Fault moves with the lens module.

So I'm wondering if I can fix this somehow? Ideas welcome
