Movavi - Good for Simple Video Edits?

I’m new to video editing and looking for something easy to use. I came across Movavi Video Editor, and it looks like it has a straightforward interface. For those who've tried it, is it good for basic tasks like cutting, adding transitions, and simple effects? I'd love to hear if it’s beginner-friendly enough for someone just starting out.
