I suspect it might be USB connection problem, from the jolt... Can you post a photo of the cable routing to your rear camera, is the cable secured to the glass, wedged, etc right up to a few inches away from the camera or is it loose, hanging? Is the rear camera ring tightly screwed, I think if I remember correctly it helped to hold the camera inside the housing and the camera holder...
