Just manually updated to 10.5 and can confirm it solved my very slow WiFi transfer issue. All seems ok so far but will keep you posted if anything develops.
 
I've just updated to 10.5 from 10.3. I noticed they released 10.3 last year to fix the awful rear camera quality when recording at 4K 30FPS but then on the website the 10.3 disappeared to 6.4 until this latest update of 10.5, how come this happened Nextbase out of interest? The rear cam quality worked fine once on 10.3. Yet to use since 10.5 update, just hope everything still works as it should as this 622 has been hassle since buying with all the software bugs!

R10.3 was released, but a couple of spelling mistakes in our new European languages were found along with a mobile app bug. Our Developers remedied these quickly, then releasing R10.4. Further improvements have since been made and R10.5 is the latest firmware.

Hey Millie.....are there any release notes for the firmware updates on the 622GW??
 
Firmware release R10.5 provides the following improvements:
• Improvements to Bluetooth Reconnection performance
• Rear Window Camera image sharpness improvements when recording at 4K 30FPS and 1440P 60FPS.
• Addition of some Eastern European languages
• Improvements to MyNextbase Connect connectivity
• Improvements to language translations
• For the small amount of users that experienced the issue- Fixed a bug where the Dash Cam would freeze in some instances when EIS was turned on
• Wi-Fi download connectivity improvements
• Various small bug fixes and performance improvements
